A protected historic monument
Of the five paddle steamers on Lake Lucerne, the "Unterwalden" is the only one capable of sailing under the low Acheregg bridge and reaching Alpnachstad at the foot of Mount Pilatus. This is thanks to several technical innovations that allow the funnel and wheelhouse to be hydraulically lowered. Watch this spectacle on one of the regularly scheduled cruises to Alpnachstad in the summer season or experience it on a private charter.
As a charter vessel, the "Unterwalden" is well suited for elegant events, be they for family gatherings, weddings or corporate functions. Impress your guests with this authentic gem from the early 20th century.
